Landen has been flight instructing in the Cape Fear Region ever since he earned his CFI, CFII, MEI, and AIGI! His expansive knowledge on critical aeronautical concepts serves his students well on their journey to their next certificate or rating. He is an “Airline Transport Certificated Pilot” who has been through the training process from start to finish.

His vast professional experience includes crewmember roles in multiple aircraft platforms, such as the Boeing 737, CJ series of Citation Jets, King Air 90, 200, and 300 series, Pilatus PC-12, Turbo Commander AC90, and BE55/BE58 Beechcraft Baron models. He holds PIC type ratings for the B737, CE525(S), and BE300 aircraft.

Landen’s scholarly achievements at Liberty University as a “Champion Connect” student mentor to pilots and in earning an “aeronautical degree” show his dedication to operational knowledge and in positively furthering pilots in their continued journey in whatever aviation path they may endeavor towards.
