What You’ll Need to Start:

• Commercial Certificate – Airplane Multi Engine Land (AMEL)

• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate

• Current Instrument Rating

• 15 Hours PIC Multi-Engine Time before practical test (Extra hours toward the 15-hour PIC requirement can be accommodated if needed)

• FAA Medical Certificate: BasicMed or 3rd Class or higher (A minimum 2nd Class FAA Medical Certificate is required to exercise Commercial privileges after earning your MEI)

• Proof of Identity: Passport or Birth Certificate

• Driver’s License

• TSA Approval if not a U.S. Citizen
